How to: Copy a picture into another application.
Solution:
With the picture selected, press and hold down SHIFT. Select the 'Edit' menu and select the 'Copy Picture...'. Use the 'Paste' command in the destination application.
1) Select the picture to be copied. (Handles appears around it.)
2) Press and hold down SHIFT.
3) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy Picture...'. (The Copy Picture dialog box appears.)
a) Select the 'As Shown on Screen' radio button in the 'Appearance' group to copy EXACTLY what appears on screen.
b) Select the 'Picture' radio button in the 'Format' group.
c) Click 'OK'.
4) Switch to the application into which the picture is to be pasted.
5) Click at the desired location where the picture is to appear.
6) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'.
